Promise Dixon is a native Oklahoman born the tenth child in a family of fourteen. It is apparent he was chosen from birth to be a mouthpiece for the Kingdom of God. Through the ministry of music and the spoken word of God, Promise has earned the reputation of a “Prophetic Psalmist.”   Promise considers his self to be apart of the "MESSAGE MUSIC CULTURE" not the HIP HOP CULTURE! 

Promise is also a song writer, producer, and minister.  Promise is an Alumni of Rhema Bible Training Center, where his focus was in Pastoral Ministries. Promise is the founder and CEO of HOG Planet, Inc., located in Tulsa, Oklahoma: A Organization dedicated to building nations of PEOPLE who are “Hooked On God.”

His mission is to “provoke thought and bring change. Promise’s first debut album, “Tell Me What You See” continues to stir the hearts of men today; challenging their moral and political beliefs. Promise has graced various ministry platforms: “Church on The Move,” Tulsa, OK; “New Light Christian Center,” Huston, TX; “Greenwood Christian Center,” Tulsa, OK; “The Potter’s House,” Dallas, TX, and many more. Promise has also opened for prominent artists such as Bob Carlyle, News Boys, and T-Bone; shared stages with A1-Swift and Petidee, and traveled extensively with the “Extreme Tours.” Promise currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his beautiful wife, Shakeva and four beautiful daughters, Secret, Genesys, Omega & Sevyn.
